TNT KaTropa added to the misery of the Alaska Aces, coming away with a 92-78 win in the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup on Friday at the Cuneta Astrodome.

Extending their winning streak to four matches for a share of third place with San Miguel at 6-3, the KaTropa assured themselves of at least a quarterfinals spot.

Roger Pogoy led the breakaway with 24 points, on a very efficient 9-of-13 shooting on top of three boards and three assists in just over 20 minutes.

Troy Rosario tallied 15 points and five boards, while Kelly Williams had a near double-double of 11 rebounds and nine assists in a game where TNT led by as much as 20 points.

Meanwhile, Carl Bryan Cruz’s 19 points and five rebounds just went for naught as Alaska continued its woes and slid to 3-5, good for a share of eighth place with NLEX.
